Audio Training Series

The best and happiest customers are those customers with the most training.  The challenge is cost.  How do we get you high quality training at an affordable price?  And, what if you have a turn-over in your staffing?  The Audio Training Series is a nice option.  For a very reasonable fee of $350 you receive our entire Basic Training Series.  Whenever you need to train a new person, or to review a topic, you just pull down the CD series and get the training you need.

Individualized Onsite Training

Synergy offers on-site training where we send an experienced and skillful trainer to your site, to provide training to as many people as you need.  We come to your site, cover whatever topics you want to emphasize, and provide interactive help at your pace.  It is the highest quality training we offer.


Training Series
Web Tutoring

Synergy can also train you over the phone, utilizing a web-seminar. This is done on an hourly basis and can cover any topic you need. At any time a customer may request web-tutoring to supplement their training. Perhaps a new employee joins your staff and you want to train them in one topic. Or perhaps you have already gone through the CD-Rom training but you need further training on a specific topic. You can always call the help desk, but perhaps you just need a little more. Web Tutoring is just the ticket.
