As a Synergy customer, you have a right to expect top quality assistance
at every level. Whether it be for a simple 2 minute question or
a comprehensive start-to-finish training, our staff is trained to
meet your needs. Support for DenariOnline is included as a part of your regular
monthly fee and is unlimited. Tech support for Client-Server
will be a built into the client-server package. Tech Support for Denari 2000 is still available through
an annual Customer Service Agreement. If you currently have a valid
tech support agreement it can be renewed on your renewal date. If
you do not currently have a valid agreement no new agreements will
be written. Regardless of the Denari software you choose, you will encounter
friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced professionals who can assist
you with all of your tech support needs.

Training..
Training is an important part of your Denari experience. Training is essential in maximizing your investment in Denari and in utilizing your fundraising data to its fullest. Synergy offers three options for DenariOnline training.
- Training classes for DenariOnline are held periodically in Sarasota, Florida. The cost is $599 for the two-day class. It covers everything you will need to get up and running on DenariOnline.
- Synergy offers a set if Training CDs. The set can be used in conjunction with our On-Line Training Company to cover all the topics you'll need.
- Area trainers are available in some areas to come to your site.
