We have seen the confusion that a Sharathon brings reduced. The hectic rush of getting a piece of paper from the volunteers to the announcer, to the statistician, to the office staff, to the donor, was GONE! All of that went on without panic. It was a simple click of the button to refresh live statistics...a simple click of the button to print donor acknowledgments. It couldn't have been simpler.

I highly recommend Synergy's Sharathon system. It is truly a total revision to Sharathons as we have known it.

The ability to track our "open/rollover" pledges along with pledges made earlier in the Sharathon week through the pledge amendment file was invaluable. I honestly feel we have a much better handle on pledge accuracy and the true amount of money raised with this enhancement over our previous Sharathons.

The most amazing feature (and blessing) of using the Sharathon module was at 12:18 PM when Sharathon was over, the inputting was done at 12:21 PM. Days of grueling data entry post-Sharathon no longer exist.

Training the volunteers as they came in throughout the day(s) was relatively quick due to the ease of use of the module.

Using DOL is ‘heaven’ compared to using a desktop application. I no longer have to mess with getting upgrades or doing backups of my data. I love the flexibility I have. I can be 4 hours away from the office and still get access to donor information and answer their questions.

KGNZ, where I am at this very moment, is using Denari. It's my first look up close. It's a web based service so the client database is housed off site. Sounds like the conversion and monthly fees is very reasonable. Haven't really had a demo so can't speak to it's functionality but they have eight workstations and are entering data in real time. No hitches yet and it comes to the studio quickly and well formatted.
