Link n Sync

DenariOnline has the ability to Synchronize contacts with Outlook. It is perfect for the fundraiser who needs to keep a set of Denari contacts on a notebook, handheld, or any other computer outside the office. Changes can be made to donor records either in Outlook or the Central Office data set. A push of a button in Outlook will Synchronize the data so that both sets are accurate. Advanced Direct Mail

Standard Denari offers a Mail Segmentation tool called Name Segmenter that gives you the ability to target segments of your mailing list based on criteria that you specify. Advanced Direct Mail expands that capability. It gives you the ability to create Chain Segments to identify a group within a group. It gives you an advanced data analysis tool called RFA. It gives you advanced Campaign reporting and cost analysis. And it facilitates the automatic creation of Solicitation Codes and tracking. In short, it will help you improve your bottom line.

Credit Card

The Credit Card Module lets you automate routine Credit Card giving. You will store a donor's credit card information along with the donation amount and date of transaction. On that date, you will run the Credit Card utility that will create a Gift Batch and a transaction report. This module can be used with the On-line Giving module or stand-alone.

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

Electronic Fund Transfer lets you automate EFT transactions. You will create an EFT record for each donor. That record will specify the amount and date of transaction as well as banking information. On the date of the transaction, the user will run the EFT utility which will create an EFT report and an industry standardized EFT file that you will send to your bank or processing company. In addition, Denari will automatically create a Gift Batch for the transactions.

CST-Receipt/Pledge Segmentation

CST is a highly sophisticated tool that brings intelligence into sending receipts and pledge statements. It is an automated decision making feature that identifies donors based on criteria and priorities you set. Then, it sends the appropriate receipt and/or receipt letter. It works with both Pledge Statements and Receipts.

Web Page Donor Surveys

Donor Surveys is a Denari web page that links as a frame into your organizations existing web page. Donors or prospective donors can fill in Name and Address information to request information about your organization or specific functions of the organization. That Name information will automatically be recorded in Denari with an appropriate code or Classification that will allow you to create a mailing list from Name Segmenter.

On-line Giving

On-line Giving provides donors with the opportunity to donate through your web site. This module is used in conjunction with the Web Page Donor Surveys module. Name information is recorded and donors are coded or Classified for targeted mailing. Gifts are automatically recorded in a Gift Batch for processing later. Donors have the opportunity to choose from a list of Funds for their donation. That list of Funds is defined by you.

Remote Field Agent Access

Remote Field Agent Access gives selected members of your organization the ability to access live data that is associated with them and their fundraising activities. A Remote Field Agent is someone who works outside the central office and needs access to current data. This module gives them the ability to log into the data at the central office but only see and modify data that relates to them. They can add new donor records, create pledges for those donors, code or Classify donors, create up to the minute giving reports, and do segmented mailings to donors or perspective donors. This module saves your organization valuable staff time. The central office will no longer have to update donor records when address have changed, add perspective donors, or print and send regular donor reports to field agents.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is typically associated with "Child Sponsorship". It brings a third party into the donor relationship by linking the organization, the donor, and a sponsored child. It tracks multiple sponsored children per donor and provides management reports and receipts.

Premiums

During your Shar-a-thon and throughout your year, Denari will help you track ordering and shipping of premium items including the Fair Market Value linked to donations/pledges. It even manages your inventory and prints shipping labels & packing slips.
