We
believe in the value of training. We have found over and over that
the people who are the happiest and most successful with Denari
are those who have received training. The opposite is also true.
Denari is a sophisticated program. It offers a lot of sophisticated
features that you will not find in your other software. For that
reason, using Denari is not always intuitive. There is a learning
curve and training is the best way to soften that curve. Even if
you have been using the program for a while, you will probably find
that you will learn about features you didn't know existed at a
basic training class. Fundraising software is a semi-customized
software. It is designed specifically for an industry that has a
finite number of customers. It is not like Microsoft products, for
example, that can be sold to millions. For that reason, no one is
writing a book called "Denari for Dummies". Denari training opportunities
are the only places you are going to get the information you need
to be successful with Denari.
Training is
an investment in your success with the program which in turn is
an investment in your organization. Denari is designed to help you
raise more money by targeting potential donors, communicating with
them, tracking fund raising event success, and much more. Sadly
many users only touch the tip of the iceberg in getting the most
out of the program because they don't understand what it can do
for them. Training will help to open those doors and improve your
success.
Synergy offers
three ways to get trained. First, training classes are scheduled
periodically to fit the needs of our customers and will be announced
as they are available. Class size is limited to ten or less. Second,
we have several regional trainers through the US and Canada. We
may have someone in your area who might be available to come to
your site to provide customized training. And third, we have audio
