DenariOnline and Link n Sync

DenariOnline now has the ability to Synchronize contacts with Outlook. It is perfect for the fundraiser who needs to keep a set of Denari contacts on a notebook, handheld, or any other computer. Changes can be made to donor records either in Outlook or the Central Office data set making it possible to do major donor cultivation in Outlook. A push of a button in Outlook will Synchronize the data so that both sets are accurate.

Here are just a few of the benefits:

Contact items including Tasks, Appointments, Names and Addresses, Journal Notes, and Emails can be created in either Denari or Outlook.
Contact records can be edited in either Outlook or through the DenariOnline interface. An address can be edited in Outlook, for example, and moved to your Central Office data set through the Synchronization process.
If a Contact name, address, phone number, email, or other information has been edited in both Outlook and Denari since the last Sync, Denari will provide a conflict report to let you decide which version is best.
Up to the minute giving information about your donors can be downloaded to your data set in Outlook.
Your Denari contacts are stored in a separate Outlook Contacts folder for easy access.
Tasks can be created in Outlook. The office staff can view and respond to those tasks through the DenariOnline interface.
If an email message is received from a donor in Outlook, Denari will upload that email message to the Denari data set as a contact item to let you keep a record of your correspondence in Outlook.
Makes full use of the DenariOnline Marketing Plan feature. A Marketing plan can be developed for key donor events such as First Gift, Large Gift, In-Active Donor, etc. Those events trigger responses that are defined by you such as Send a Letter, Make a Phone Call. Those responses turn into tasks in Outlook when Synchronized with Denari.
Link n Sync provides unique management reports that to provide you with information that allow you to focus on detailed donor information.
