The web is a wonderful thing. The capabilities of online technology are vast, however, desktop computers have their own advantages too. Microsoft Office being a good example.

Synergy's philosophy is to "play friendly". That means we want to utilize all tools the way they were designed. A web-based database offers you many advantages...remote access, no backups, easy upgrades. However, it doesn't make sense for us to try to replace Microsoft Office, because it is so good at so many things.

Instead we offer seamless integration with many components in Office. Excel is particularly popular as both an import and export vehicle. Word is very popular for mail merges and we work smoothly with both. Access is good for doing extra database queries, and we export directly to Access. Outlook is great for your calendar, to-do list and emails. And we synchronize with Outlook.
