Data Purging

At any time throughout your usage of Denari you may desire to purge data from Denari.  You can purge data manually at any time.  Also, you can request a custom process whereby we programmatically purge data based on your custom criteria.

Data Reorganization and Cleanup

Occasionally a customer may change their thinking about how they want data coded in Denari.  Perhaps a new manager takes over, and they think differently about coding schemas than the previous manager.  Denari is able to perform analysis, make recommendations, assist with conceiving of new coding schemas and apply the re-organization to your data.

Data Return Policy

Your data is your data. At any time you are able to export tables from Denari, in a variety of formats to keep for your records. Upon request, your entire data set can be sent to you on a DVD, in a Microsoft Access database.

Data Backups

As part of Synergy's hosting, full backups are made every day. A number of images of the data backup are kept on-site for easy access. Additionally, off-site backups are maintained, and are refreshed on a weekly basis. You can also make your own backups from within Denari, however, these are only for secondary purposes. In the event of an emergency Synergy will have full responsibility for restoring the data from a backup.
