Credit Card Module

The Credit Card Module lets you automate Credit Card giving. It helps in 3 places: online giving, recurring monthly giving and one-time giving.

First, it integrates with the Online Giving components of Denari. This means that online gifts will automatically run and will automatically be inserted in Denari.

Second, it integrates with the pledge part of Denari. If a donor wants to give monthly then you'll be able to store the donor's credit card information along with the donation information directly on the pledge. On the appropriate day of the month the credit card will run automatically, updating the pledge and the gift history automatically.

Denari will also automate the handling of failed cards, whether they are failed because of bad data or just simply declined. While you are at home asleep, Denari will be handling your recurring Credit Card gifts..

Some donors may call in and give credit card information over the phone. In these situations you can enter the Credit Card information directly on a gift record and run the validation from Denari.

Credit Card donations can improve your fundraising bottom line. Gifts are more consistent when you don't have to rely on donors to remember to send in their check. Denari makes the process of accepting, scheduling, and processing Credit Card donations easy and efficient.

A Variety of Reports are Available

Denari provides a wide range of reports to track Credit Card/Pledge activity. Reports for your accountant show donations on a day-to-day basis. Pledge Statements can be used to keep your donors up to date on their progress. And, management reports, available in PDF or Excel, keep you informed about fulfillment rates and fundraising success.
