Using the functionality and the efficiency of the DenariOnline application, we have formulated an interface to allow your donors to do things such as donate, sign up for an event, sponsor a child, or purchase a premium, all online. They can also update their address, view gift history, change payment method on a pledge, fill out a survey or print a receipt. Online Communities gives your donors/volunteers an easy and interactive place to interact with your organization. And, DenariOnline gives you dynamic content management capabilities so you can make the pages look how you want, and make them very smart. Denari can send your mass email newsletters and more. With fully integrated email capability we can manage your entire email strategy. The key Denari difference is integration. We fully integrate your email with your data creating Smart E-mail. Your emails will have information in them so you can send eReceipts, ePledge Statements, eReminders, eNewsletters, eFund Appeals and more. When the donor clicks on a link in the Smart Email they will be directed right back to a Smart Page, where they can give a gift, make a pledge, change their address, fill out a questionnaire, register for an event or buy a book. And, the data from their gift will end up in Denari...automatically. Denari also tracks the marketing data and automates the handling of bounced emails, unsubscribes and click counts. It's a fully integrated eMarketing solution. Online Giving provides a simple and clean way for donors to give to your organization. The advantage of this module is that it fully integrates your web site with Denari, so the names and gifts go right into your database. It's clean, quick and simple. Everything is integrated so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors, partners and software products. Denari handles all of it. The Missionary Interface gives those who raise personal support the ability to access live data that is appropriate.They can add new donor records, create pledges for those donors, code or classify donors, create up to the minute giving reports, and do segmented mailings to donors or perspective donors. The key is that they use a completely different user interface designed specifically for them. It is easy to use and only gives them access to the right data with the right security levels.
The Sharathon Module is designed specifically for listener supported radio. It includes a Pre-Sharathon feature that gives you the ability to communicate effectively with your donors prior to the Sharathon event. It provides a volunteer interface that is easy to use and therefore more accurate. It provides up to the second statistical results to management and on-air staff. And finally, it comes with an On-Line giving feature that lets your donors give and sign-up for things throughout the year. This set of features brings a strong tool to the non-comm radio space. Stations utilizing Denari are functioning far better than before. This module is usually associated with Child Sponsorship but can be used for any type of sponsorship relationship. It facilitates a special level of communication between the donor and the child and keeps a lot of information about the child...such as age, hobbies, health, family situation, country, community, school, etc. The design of this module was patterned after that of World Vision. The Credit Card Module lets you automate Credit Card giving. It helps in 3 places: online giving, recurring monthly giving and one-time giving. In each case Denari integrates directly to your merchant account, so the gifts are actually authenticated from within Denari. Integration is complete and very secure. Denari is PCI compliant. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), also known as ACH, has become a popular and safe way for donors to make regular donations. Many donors prefer the convenience and consistency of making donations by having them automatically withdrawn from their bank account. With this module the entire EFT process is handled from within Denari. Denari fully integrates with our selected partner, Vanco Services. You can either use Vanco or you can select your own EFT originator.
DenariOnline has the ability to synchronize contacts with Microsoft Outlook. It is perfect for the fundraiser who needs to keep a set of Denari contacts on a notebook, handheld, or any other computer outside the office. Changes can be made to donor records either in Outlook or the central office data set. A push of a button in Outlook will synchronize the data so that both sets are accurate. Standard Denari offers a mail segmentation tool called Name Segmenter. It gives you the ability to target segments of your mailing list based on criteria that you specify. Advanced Direct Mail expands that capability. It gives large organizations the ability to create complex segmentation grids with the upload of a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes details for the query of each segment. The query includes classic Recency/Frequency/Amount segmentation, plus the ability for A/B splits and also for additional filters on non-financial characteristics. This module is designed for professional caliber direct mail and is a must-have for organizations with direct mail budgets in excess of $100,000 per year. It will easily pay for itself in the first year. For organizations spending less than $100,000 per year on direct mail, this module is not necessary. The standard functionality will suffice very well. This module requires a retainer consulting relationship. It has special training and support requirements. |
