Tech Support Plan

Customer support is provided through an annual Customer Service Agreement. A support agreement in an investment in Synergy as well as a guarantee of unlimited tech support whenever you need it. This plan includes:

• Unlimited Toll-Free Telepone Support
• Unlimited E-mail and Fax Support
• Limited assistance with third-party software such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and network connections
• Early Release – as new features are introduced for the next major upgrade, select customers may receive an early release. These customers help Synergy to evaluate the new features and they have opportunity to give significant input into further refining the Denari product.
• Free – Major Upgrades. This represents a significant value, approximately 15% of the value of your software, per year.

New Releases

Maintenance Releases: Although Denari is a fully developed product, we continue to maintain and update the program. Periodic releases include minor fixes and enhancements. These interim patches are available to all customers regardless of their support status. You will be notified of maintenance releases though the Monthly User Newsletter.

Major New Releases: Annually, a single major upgrade will be released with significant improvements based on customer feedback throughout the year. Customers without a Support Plan may purchase this upgrade separately, usually at a price of 15% of the current market price of that product. Customers with a current Support Plan will receive Major New Releases free of charge.
